Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Director to lead our sales team in Chicago. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop strategic sales plans, and expand our client base on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the freight forwarding industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
