The Opportunity

Fixed asset and lease accounting with journal entries preparation/input Reconcile fixed asset or lease balance sheet accounts. Assist in monthly financial reporting. Assist with new lease process. Provide analytical support related to fixed assets and lease accounting. Complete ad hoc analytics and special projects Work on the merger accounting activities by integrating ledgers into the main accounting system (JDE). Review and reconcile fixed assets reports received from subsidiaries. Provide assistance in the continuous improvement process. Take the initiative to learn the role and how it impacts the financials statements. Demonstrate accountability in a fast paced and changing environment. Foster an environment of strong customer service. Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Minimum 2-3 years of experience with a large company Advanced Microsoft Office Skills with an emphasis in Excel ERP systems experience. Comprehensive understanding of various integrated financial and accounting systems. Alteryx experience preferred. Initiative-taking/self-driven work habits with demonstrated ability to lead change and improve processes. Problem solving/analytical skills. Knowledge of US GAAAP Ability to research technical accounting issues, propose solutions and stay on top of the progress until full resolution. Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communications capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively across the organization. Strong attention to detail Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, demanding, and changing environment. Must be flexible and able to work well to meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills Strong work ethic and integrity to behave in accordance with the Company values and operating principle.
