Key Responsibilities
+ Generate budget reports from various financial systems and integrate data into Excel documents for the Office of the Chief Financial Officers (OCFO) budget analyst and program managers.
+ Track actual expenditures against budgeted plans throughout the fiscal year, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational goals.
+ Periodically create and/or enhance Spend Plan Analysis and Budget reports.
+ Independently gather and analyze data, preparing budget reports often under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
+ A minimum of four (4) to seven (7) years of relevant, directly comparable work experience.
+ A completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience may be considered as a substitute.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as SharePoint.
+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines while coordinating efforts across various departments.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Capability to prepare and present information/data through oral briefings and written reports.
