As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential support, training, and assistance to employees and leaders using various HR systems. Position Responsibilities:
•Act as the main point of contact for all HR Operations inquiries, providing technical support and assistance to employees and leaders across the organization
•Create and deliver training programs for employees, teams, and leaders across the organization on the effective and efficient use of HR systems
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems, including user access, data integrity, and system functionality
•Build, maintain, and regularly update the HR SharePoint sites to meet the evolving needs of the HR team
