Proficient in multitasking and prioritization
Strong skills in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Oracle based software
General PC knowledge
Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
General Office Support:
Perform various administrative tasks
Manage project and contract uploads using Job Design
Handle change orders, equipment releases, and filing of documents
Address customer and contract disputes when necessary
Maintain customer relationships through regular visits
Financial Support
Process district Accounts Payable
Generate and track general office purchase orders
Manage office supplies, expenses, and new vendor requests
