Job Responsibilities:
•Process multi-company invoices and contract/trade partner payments
•Process daily overhead expenses and priority disbursement requests
•Assist with weekly check runs
•Review and organize existing 20-Day Preliminary Notices
•Set up and maintain vendor files
•Assist in training new Accounts Payable Specialists

Requirements:
•Experience with invoice automation and within home building industry
•Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
