To succeed in your role as a Branch Manager, you will bring with you:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), college degree preferred; and at least five (5) years of operations management experience, preferred in a wholesale environment and/or HVAC/R; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* History of leading high performing teams
* Intermediate computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite
* Good written and verbal communication skills required along with having good listening skills
