About the role:
As a Product Support Representative on our Vendor Enrollment team, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will make calls to FIS customers to enroll them in electronic payment programs.

What you will be doing:
•Contact suppliers by phone to introduce the FIS Integrated Payables Credit Card and ACH Programs

•Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment

•Meet performance targets including high-volume tele-sales dial, contact & conversion metrics
•Identify and overcome objectives while walking the supplier through the enrollment process
•Offer/cross-sell merchant services as appropriate to meet the suppliers' needs

•Perform supplier analysis and update records for lead activity and status

What you will need:
•3-years of inbound and/or outbound call center/customer service experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•High energy and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
•Strong presentation skills
•Advanced Microsoft Excel/Outlook skills

Added bonus if you have:

•Knowledge of FIS products a plus

•SFDC (salesforce.con) skills

•3-years of sales experience; tele-sales experience preferred
