This entry-level role or internship is perfect for an individual who is eager to jump-start their career in the financial sector, particularly the intersection of fintech and proptech. You will identify, engage, educate, and build relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) in order to source deals from referrals. Key Responsibilities

Support the Capital Markets advisory team Identify and engage potential COIs through strategic cold outreach efforts Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with Janover's client profile and service offerings Educate COIs on Janover's comprehensive products, services, and benefits, highlighting how these can add value to their networks Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to COIs Relationship Management Foster and maintain strong, productive relationships with activated COIs Act as the primary point of contact for COIs, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively Collaborate with the Capital Markets Advisor team to source and facilitate deal flow from COI referrals Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of engagement strategies, adapting approaches as needed to optimize results Qualifications
