Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interactions are respectful and courteous.

  • Documents that information received from the patient is disseminated to the appropriate people or departments.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Outgoing and energetic attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong initiative and able to exercise sound judgment
  • Detail-oriented, sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates in Accounting, or related field
  • Experience with Netsuite
  • 2-3 years medical &/or dental office experience
  • Training/experience in business office activities
