Senior Progra m Analyst (Warfighter Integration)

you will support customer interests with relevant warfighters and COCOM stakeholders. As the lead support contractor for the organization, the individual facilitates planning and knowledge sharing of capabilities and requirements to inform acquisitions for current/future programs.

Other duties include: Responsible for providing coordination, execution, management, risk factor identification and mitigation for exercises/demonstrations/experiments on behalf of the organization. Support planning and execution of Combatant Command (COCOM)-level exercises. Provide expertise in portfolio weapon systems, operations, and exercise/experiment coordination and facilitation. Assist in the development of exercise tasks inclusive of: concept development, scenario development, main exercise objectives, overall execution management, and after-action review. Advise and assist operational and strategic planners in the development of current and future contingency plans based on portfolio programs. Provide advice, recommendations, and briefings to staff principals, agency chiefs, and external organizations on OPLAN or exercise design activities. Coordinate with HHQ and other commands to develop and manage COCOM, MAJCOMS, and supported staffs. Facilitate coordination and understanding of COCOM/C-MAJCOM requirements to inform portfolio programs. Participate in working groups, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings, user summits resulting in the definition of requirements and CONOPS. Serve as subject matter expert for represented portfolio programs in respective exercises. Qualifications: Required Experience: At least 20 years’ experience in tactics, operations, and advanced programs.

Possess working knowledge of exercise policies, practices, and procedures, as well as have experience with exercise interpretation/analysis and translation into operational recommendations

Possess familiarity with customer portfolio and capabilities

Must be able to organize, conduct, and lead meetings, conferences, briefings and in support of customer objectives.

Must possess expertise to effectively liaison with national-level agencies, DoD Services, Combatant Commands, and intelligence agencies

Possess strong analytic skills and be capable of operating in a multi-tasking environment.

Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to provide briefings to program office staff about ongoing theater planning efforts, operations, and pertinent exercises to inform current and future capabilities.

Possess the ability to work in a multitasking, quick-paced, dynamic environment

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree desired. STEM degree highly desired. Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI/SAP Please Note: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. #LI-LS1
