**The Customer Service role at a glance:**

* Receives and answers customer inquiries and requests regarding products, prices, shipment tracing, catalog requests from fax or email.

* Uses computer and organizational knowledge to provide information to customers.

* Receives and directs inquiries from other departments regarding inside sales responsibilities.

* Provides office support as required.

* Remains current on changes in policies and procedures.

* Performs other clerical duties and projects assigned.

* Acquire skills to operate Hfeles computer system

* Ability to use MS Outlook

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret office procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to request from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of introductory algebra.

**REASONING ABILITY**

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
