Fitness Front Desk Attendant

Details: Job tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor fitness center; answer questions and provide information about the facility
- Clean the fitness center area and equipment
- Greet users of the fitness center
- Answer telephones and maintain files of programs and other related information
- Assist the health and wellness director in initial and continued development of services
- Attend all training sessions and regular staff meetings.
- Coordinate class scheduling, fitness pass tracking, and member billing
- Complete other assignments as made by the health and wellness director
Qualifications: Qualified candidates will be reliable, professional, and able to successfully work in a team environment. Candidates will have effective listening and communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service. All candidates will work to ensure the fulfillment of the Club's mission to provide a warm and friendly environment for our members and guests, through commitment and dedication with a personal touch.
Salary & Benefits: Competitive benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan after term of service requirements have been fulfilled.
Cape Fear Country Club participates in "for cause" substance abuse testing only. It is not a pre-screening requirement.
