- 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably leading a team of 10+
- 3+ years of experience succeeding in LTL Sales
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and motivate others
- Ability to be on call if needed to support team and customers 24/7/365
- Capable of providing strong professional references - customer, superior, peer and direct-report
