RESPONSIBILITIES First point of contact for HR consulting and guidance throughout the organization. With support of the Vice President, Human Resources, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy including due diligence, project management, implementation, change management, communication and roll-out. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process including workforce planning, approvals, posting jobs, screening, interviewing, background screening, and offers. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Execute HR strategies programs & policies that align with organizational goals and ensure consistent and fair application throughout the company. Provide timely and accurate service in the preparation of HR documentation such as contract offers, disciplinary, terminations letters Build strong business relationships with HR team as well as operational management to support business objectives with respect to recruiting, onboarding and employee relations Interpret policy and applicable employment legislation as needed Liaise with Payroll on administration of payroll records including new hire and termination administration Advises managers and supervisors on best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed. Supports HR 401k & payroll audit processes Provide recruitment support to managers; ensuring workforce needs are met. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
