The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for revenue growth to meet established objectives for growth and profitability for the Dairy Hygiene market. The Business Development Manager will support in the execution of the complex and wide-ranging duties to support that growth in Canada.Responsibilities / TasksIdentify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.Find and develop new markets and improving sales.Plan and oversee new market initiatives in the Dairy Hygiene sectorModel incoming revenue and new business opportunities and work with the team to ensure appropriate resources are available for execution.Recognize and communicate opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales.Facilitate the collection, organization and presentation of market intelligence for the hygiene market.Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trendsDevelop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.Train personnel and helping team members and dealers to develop their skills.Identify and prioritize market requirements, new products / features based on customer input and market data.Coordinate the market information with Sales support and the R & D team.Work with the marketing group to develop sales and marketing tools for the Canada marketYour Profile / QualificationsBA/BS or 8-10 years of experience in all relevant fields of sales strategy, marketing, sales operationsExperience in budgetary development and oversight experience. Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metricsExperienced Computer Skills (MS Office, databases, and Salesforce)Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff, groups and major projects or initiatives.Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environmentAbility to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization while looking at situations from several points of viewPersuasive with details and factsAbility to predict and anticipate future opportunities and challenges and create solutions in advanceDid we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.
