Job Description Job Description Are You a Die Maker that would like to move off the Floor? We have a fantastic opportunity for You Local Tool & Die Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager. Enterprise Tool & Die LLC produces small to large line, transfer and progressive dies; serving both the automotive and non-automotive industries.The ideal candidate for this role should have the following credentials:Qualifications:Program Management experience in a tool and die setting required.Die making and/or design background and experience a plus.Knowledge of 3D modeling software.Experience in the sequence of events in building tools and associated time frame to complete tasks and milestones.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate and work closely with customers and internal team members in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office products.Responsibilities:Program Manager will be the primary contact for customers to communicate with and update completed milestones throughout the die build process.Simultaneously manage multiple customers and projects.Informing customers on tool build progress.Update weekly timelines to customers and internal team in various formats.Responsible for facilitating information between customers, internal die build and engineering teams.Understand cost drivers that impact tool build and project timing.Minimal travel will be required.Job Type: Full-TimePay: From $60,000 per year based on experienceBenefits:401(k) w/ 4% MatchHSAHealth Insurance/Dental InsuranceVision, Life Insurance, LTD and STDVacation & Personal/Sick TimePotential Bonuses & Profit SharingExperience level:5 yearsSchedule:Day ShiftMonday to Friday10 hour shiftJob Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearCompany Description A Great Company, With Great People & Great ResultsWe have over 60 years of expert experience and knowledge in the automotive, appliance, furniture, defense, agriculture, construction, recreational and heavy utility vehicle industries.
