JOB DESCRIPTION

CUSTOMER CARE & SALES SUPPORT MANAGER- GRAND RAPIDS, MI

This position will be responsible for supporting and communicating with our food equipment sales team in the Midwest territory.  The individual will interact with our manufacturing partners and our sales team and act as the Single Point of Contact on orders.  This individual will also invoice our customers and liaison with Company Owners and Financial Manager. 

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:

·        Communicate with Sales Team and customers on orders, billing, refunds, exchanges.

·        Create orders with multiple manufacturers.

·        Generate invoices for customers, receive payments, issue credits, and resolve billing errors.

·        Prepare monthly sales commission reports.

·        Resolve product or service problems.

·        Monitor and forecast inventory to determine purchasing needs.

REPORTING:

•         Reports directly to the Principal/President of the Company

QUALIFICATIONS:

•         Must possess at least 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.

•         Possess Bachelor’s Degree.

•         Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.

•         Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

•         Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.

•         Attention to Detail with a proactive approach to support and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage tasks.

•         Excellent organizational skills.

•         Customer oriented.
