What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting comprehensive quantity take-offs and preparing accurate estimates
• Collaborating with project managers and team members for bid accuracy
• Managing the bid list and ensuring focus on suitable opportunities
• Engaging with leadership on bid margins and strategic modifications

About You:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial interior construction estimating or a related trade
• Proficient in analyzing project documents and problem-solving
• Skilled in networking and relationship-building within the industry
• Proficient with digital takeoff software and Microsoft Office Suite
