For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job SummarySummary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric mannerMaintain confidential personnel filesAssist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary noticesProcess required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keepingComplete I-9 forms, verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 filesAssist with staffingAssist HR management in various Human Resources tasks including but not limited to filing, onboarding processing and trainings Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as requiredMaintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safelyPerform other duties as assignedMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experienceUnion experience preferredAbility to use Microsoft products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookApply to Levy todayLevy is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
