Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage employee benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with evening and weekends as required. Completion of a skills assessment will be required as part of the recruitment process.
