Position Summary The Parts Business Development Specialist II will be responsible for developing, utilizing and enhancing a wide range of data and program information and collaboratively working with suppliers and the TMH Dealer network, increasing overall program revenue and profitability, and proactively contributing to the overall success of the TMH Parts Team.

Essential Position Duties • Identify parts sales opportunities and develop a strategy to convert those opportunities into additional sales through value selling, collaboration, and focus with the Dealer network and TMH Parts team • Analyze the Parts Activity Reports, Service Market Share Reports, and UIO related reports in order to develop specific strategies, recommendations, and plans by Dealer to increase Genuine and STARLIFT parts sales and profitability • Develop and introduce support tools that will be utilized to assist the Dealer network to drive Toyota and STARLIFT sales • Work closely with the Dealer network and Parts Advisory Council to identify gaps in aftermarket product offerings and promotions and develop plans to expand the STARLIFT product offerings and Genuine promotions • Educate and train the Dealer Parts Teams on TMH’s parts programs, promotions, Parts eCommerce, etc. • Monitor promotions and programs after launch and reach out to low performing Dealers in order to increase sales • Seek Dealer feedback and analyze competitor products, marketing, and websites in order to assist with facilitating enhancements to the TMH Aftermarket website • Coordinate efforts with the Genuine Service Parts Procurement Team regarding Supplier Agreements, proposed price changes, cost reductions, etc. • Conduct high quality and accurate data analysis and develop concise summaries and recommendations based upon the research and defined project goals • Proactively participate in and support numerous special projects and activities in the department as required • Travel up to 50% of the time • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner • Additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a Business related field • Inside Sales and Program Management experience is preferred • Powered Equipment Distribution industry experience is a plus, not required • SAP experience is a plus, not required • Power BI experience is a plus, not required
