We work closely with our customer to ensure that we continue to provide the updated services needed as they expand their own offerings to a growing list of other government organizations. The selected QA Analyst candidate will work within an established team to build and further advance GDIT software systems and applications. They will work alongside the Program Manager, development, and maintenance teams to create, manage, and report on multiple technology development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze machine performance logs and determine improvements to hardware (HW)/software (SW) systems and processes and process improvements Experience with Microsoft Office suite, analyzing data, and presenting data Understand how machines and SW work together Failure mode analysis Ability to work with developers to design and analyze logs Develop plans, coordinate activities, and present data to senior customers Machine design and/or maintenance experience desired Experience communicating directly with customers and strong presentation skills Basic Qualifications: 3-5 years’ experience The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation. Work Location: Primary location of work will be at customer site in Washington, DC (3 days a week), with 2 days a week at Company site in Falls Church, VA.
