Job Description

The Quality Assurance Leader at ITW Electrostatics is pivotal in steering cross-functional teams towards continuous enhancement and guaranteeing product excellence. This role reports directly to the Business Unit Manager and involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to refine processes and fulfill customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and provide training on ITW toolbox methodologies.
  • Facilitate process enhancements and support modifications in product design.
  • Oversee production documentation and uphold lean manufacturing principles.
  • Work in conjunction with supply chain teams to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Nurture talent within the team and promote a culture of engagement and inclusivity.
Qualifications
  • A BS/BA degree in Engineering is required; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Over 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.
  • Exceptional collaboration and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
