Elicit functional/nonfunctional requirements using interviews, document analysis, and business process analysis. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the true underlying Proactively communicate and collaborate with multiple business and IT partners to analyze needs and deliver solutions Create and maintain documentation such as: BPMN 1.2 Process Diagrams, DMN Decision Tables, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, User Stories, and other relevant documentation as needed by the individual project Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and build relationships with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Evaluate new project requests from business partners to determine high-level solution and system impacts. Job Requirements
