What You’ll Do:
- Hunt for New Business: Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships within your designated territory, driving new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
- Drive Revenue: Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs, both short-term and long-term, to contribute to Pareto’s continued success.
- Collaborate and Close: Work closely with other Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to prioritize and close new business.
- Showcase Pareto’s Value: Present Pareto’s solutions to key stakeholders, demonstrating how we can make a significant impact on their business.
- Track Performance: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date reporting.
- Partner for Success: Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Recruiting Impact: Participate in recruitment days and help attract top-tier sales talent to join our growing team.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education: A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or consulting, ideally within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Relationship Building: Proven success in selling to VP and C-level executives, with experience selling into SMB and mid-market companies a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong presentation abilities, and a talent for building relationships.
- Self-Motivation: Ambitious, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Team Player: Experience in team-selling and a collaborative mindset.
- Growth Mindset: Committed to continuous learning and personal growth, with a coachable attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Google Suite and CRM systems.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel as required.
