Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for clinical resource management within the supply chain, aligning goals with organizational priorities and ensuring the optimal utilization of resources.

Data Analysis and Decision Making:

Utilize your expertise in statistical and financial analysis to evaluate supply chain performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.

Collaboration:

Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that optimize resource utilization and support high-quality patient care.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing the return on investment for supply chain initiatives.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Performance and Quality Management:

Implement performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to healthcare supply chain management.

Clinical Integration:

Leverage your clinical expertise to bridge the gap between clinical needs and supply chain processes, ensuring that patient care is always prioritized.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

3-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment

Preferred:

Advanced Clinical Degree (e.g., MSN, DNP) and/or MBA, Health Science, or a related discipline

3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a Supply Chain setting

Other Certified or Registered Clinicians in a recognized field (e.g., Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy)
