In this role you will be managing a system-wide function and team that provides analytical, systems and performance improvement to all aspects of Supply Chain Services. You will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain analytics team, daily operations and supporting technologies including, but not limited to Power BI, T.O.A.D, Tableau and Curvo. This remote role has a 5 day a week schedule between 8:30-4:30 AZ time and may occasionally require some flexibility.

This position is accountable for managing a system-wide function that provides analytical and performance improvement support to all aspects of Supply Chain Services. This position is responsible for planning, analysis, and presentation of supply chain performance information used to determine the direction and strategies for Banner Health. This position serves as a resource and consultant for end-users, and works on benchmarking, analytics, and process improvement projects.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Directs personnel actions including recruiting, new hire actions, interviewing and selection of new staff, salary determinations, training, and personnel evaluations. This position also participates in the development of goals and objectives in accordance with company standards.

2. Plans and directs the design, analysis, and presentation of supply chain analytical information. Manages the development of the infrastructure to report system and facility outcomes in a state-of-the-art format optimizing end-user accessibility.

3. Creates and maintains a business information environment that supports effective organization decision-making. This includes ensuring data integrity and appropriate analysis of data to support effective decision-making, and striving for full understanding of business problems that can be facilitated by supply chain services. Implements audit and measurement processes and procedures to assure data and analytic outcome integrity.

4. Provides direction and leadership of supply chain performance improvement activities. This includes interacting with system and facility departments as needed to assist with training / consultation of teams and individuals in data collection, analysis, and performance improvement.

5. Leads team to support system wide supply expense improvement efforts. Presenting data analysis and consultation to support decisions about the direction and strategies of the company and its Supply Chain Services teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess strong knowledge of Supply Chain business and technology as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

Significant analytical, performance improvement, and leadership experience typically gained through 4 or more years relevant experience.

Demonstrated communication skills and experience leading large complex projects. Ability to represent multi-discipline needs of Supply Chain Services is also essential.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
