Subcontracts Analyst (FEDSIM knowledge)

in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award. Tasked with the conscientious synthesis and reporting of contractor and subcontractor labor hours ensuring accurate and timely submission of required data. This role is integral to the creation and refinement of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) where the Subcontracts Analyst helps orchestrate the aggregation of pertinent details, including personnel shifts and financial summaries, verifies the veracity and exactitude of task progressions and communications, and contributes to the MSR's scheduling components that highlight key activities and benchmarks. Supports the financial delineation process, bestowing critical data such as budgetary allocations, incurred costs, financial forecasts, and expenditure rates, affirming that these fiscal reports not only adhere to established Government formats but also adhere to the monthly reporting mandates and are uploaded into ISTS for Government oversight. Minimum Qualifications

10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience HII is more than a job - it’s an opportunity to build a new future.
