Lease Portfolio Administrator

The successful applicant will join the Shared Services team to manage the company's lease portfolio. Responsibilities include communication with landlords, lease administration providers, and internal teams. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the integrity of lease information. The ideal candidate will have lease administration experience and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with lease administration provider to ensure accuracy of lease information
  • Review and approve monthly rent payments for multiple lease agreements
  • Track and follow up on payments due from subleased properties
  • Maintain relationships with landlords and occupants
  • Work with internal departments to resolve landlord-tenant issues
  • Respond to audit requests related to lease admin controls
  • Conduct research to address landlord and stakeholder inquiries
  • Oversee annual landlord CAM reconciliations and property ownership changes
  • Perform other duties as necessary in lease administration

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Lease Administration
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
