Lease Portfolio Administrator Role

The successful candidate will join the Shared Services team at BJ's Wholesale Club to manage the company's lease portfolio. Responsibilities include communication with landlords, lease administration providers, and internal teams. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the integrity of lease information. The ideal candidate will have lease administration experience and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with lease administration providers to ensure accuracy of lease information and maintain relationships with landlords and occupants.
  • Review and approve monthly rent payments for multiple lease agreements and track and follow up on payments due from subleased properties.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve landlord-tenant issues and respond to audit requests related to lease administration controls.
  • Conduct research to address landlord and stakeholder inquiries and oversee annual landlord CAM reconciliations and property ownership changes.
  • Perform other duties as necessary in lease administration.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Lease Administration.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
