JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing Faena hotel. This position requires a high level of organization as well as superior time management and the ability to prioritize projects and tasks. A high level of confidentiality is required and knowledge in Delphi system and hotel operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and maintain schedules.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls.
  • In the VP of Sales and Marketing absence, ensures that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member; as needed, interprets requests and helps implement action; makes sure that information is furnished in a timely manner.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Review operating practice and implement improvements where necessary.
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements hotel accommodations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience for an executive or team of executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Delphi.
