Sales Bizlab is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services, enhancing our brand presence and engagement with target audiences.

$22.00 - $32.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating, editing, and distributing marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and press releases.
  • Help maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms with relevant content.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
