Bachelors degree is highly preferred.5+ years of manufacturing experience, 3+ years of experience as a ManagerMust have experience in high speed, high volume, highly automated CPG manufacturingMust have batch processing experienceFDA regulatory experience a plusThe ability to take ownership over the process.Prefer someone that wants to develop into higher level roles in the futureExcellent compensation package with annual bonus and great benefits
