AI and Analytics Product Manager OCIO Service Assurance DT-US Role Summary The Deloitte Technology US is seeking a seasoned AI and Analytics Product Manager who will work as part of a cross-functional agile team to launch innovative AI-driven Data and Analytics products. An AI & Analytics Product Manager is a hybrid role, blending product management expertise with a deep understanding of data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. They act as the bridge between data scientists and business stakeholders, ensuring that the company's AI and analytics solutions are developed and delivered effectively to achieve specific business objectives.; Collaborate with team of analytics engineer, Human Centered Design engineer/Designer, web developer and data engineers to design and develop software products that transform global mission.
Recruiting for this role ends on 12th May 2025 High Level Key Responsibilities: Define product vision and strategy: Translate business needs and challenges into a clear vision for AI & analytics products, aligning them with the company's overall strategy.Develop product roadmap and prioritize features: Identify potential AI & analytics solutions that address key business problems, prioritize features based on their impact and feasibility, and translate them into a comprehensive product roadmap.Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI & analytics, analyze competitors' offerings, and identify opportunities for differentiation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and implementation.Manage product lifecycle: From ideation to launch and beyond, oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.Track and analyze product performance: Monitor key metrics related to product usage, performance, and impact, and use data insights to inform future product development and optimization.Communicate product value and vision: Clearly communicate product value propositions and technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Essential Skills:Strong understanding of AI & analytics technologies: Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data mining techniques, statistical modeling, and other relevant technologies.Product management expertise: Proven experience in defining, developing, and launching successful products.Data literacy: Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.Business acumen: Understanding of business challenges and opportunities, and ability to align product development with strategic goals.Communication and collaboration skills: Effective communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions.In essence, the AI & Analytics Product Manager is a critical role that combines technical expertise with Deloitte’s strategic vision to ensure that data-driven solutions are leveraged effectively to achieve business goals. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceBasic understanding of software development principles: Agile methodologies, version control (Git), APIs.Understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (including their AI/ML services).Familiarity with big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc. (depending on the scale of data).Exposure to infrastructure and architecture: Understanding how AI/ML models are deployed and scaled.Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements: This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into specific data requirements and model specifications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.Good at engaging Business stakeholders and apt at Business engagement and requirement discoveryLimited immigration sponsorship may be available Soft Skills Software development knowledge is also essential, particularly for understanding the deployment and scaling of AI models.Domain expertise is crucial for understanding the business context and formulating effective solutions.Excellent communication skills are needed to collaborate with various stakeholders and present results effectively.Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and driveAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsCan operate independently or with minimum supervisionAbility to deliver technical demonstrationsHigh level of initiative and self-motivation The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $208,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
