Enterprise remote mobile device management.

Enterprise user equipment provisioning, installing, maintenance – smartphones, desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP, and POTS phones.

Enterprise asset inventory management, including procurement, assignment, retirement, and disposal.

Printer management – local and network printer setup, installation, troubleshooting.

Authoring and upkeep of documents for User Guides and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

Audio/video conferencing equipment support and maintenance.

End-user training, including the creation of pre-recorded training videos.

Maintenance of locomotive passenger WIFI, passenger information, and automatic passenger count systems.

Lift up to 40 lbs.

Valid Class C Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record of no more than three moving violations and no DUIs within the last three years.
