Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing friendly and efficient support.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, communicating effectively with clients to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Document tickets clearly and efficiently in our system, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support, keeping clients informed and updated throughout the process.
  • Assist with user account administration and software installations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support environment.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
