- Assist with user account administration and software installations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support environment.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
