EXPECTEDSKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator.
- Experience as a Microsoft Communications and Telephony Administrator.
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Teams along with Teams Phone System.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT preferred.
- 3+ Years in IT Telephony field
