Position: Switch Electric, a leading electrical services provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Bilingual Recruiter. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of the electrical and construction industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the electrical or construction industry. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Bilingual required (Spanish and English) Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization. Job Postings and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific channels. Develop and implement targeted recruitment advertising campaigns. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them engaged and informed. Interview Coordination: S chedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Prepare interview materials and assist in the evaluation of candidates. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of Switch Electrics' employer brand. Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Provide support in the orientation and integration of new employees.
