Collection Manager

Commonwealth Care of Roanoke, Inc.- is Virginia owned and operated -proudly serving Virginia for over 20 years We are searching for a dynamic Collection ManagerThe on-site position is in Roanoke VA. As the Collection Manager you will oversee the company's private collection accounts and lead the Collection team.

What is the Collection Manager's primary function? The Collection Manager leads the Collection team to collect private accounts, send out monthly statements, make collection calls, work with a local collection agency and our legal team, schedule monthly private calls with 12 nursing facilities, assist with audits, complete monthly reports, manage credit card payments and reports, co-manage Resident Trust accounts along with center staff and other home office staff.

Requirements for Collection Manager
  • Business or other related degree or appropriate experience.
  • Minimum of two years collection experience and knowledge of collection laws.
  • Management experience and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
