Position Overview for the PMO Analyst:
  • Handle business requests including vendor due diligence, purchase requisitions, NDA and Teaming Agreement generation, closeout documentation, archiving, and receiving.
  • Collaborate with engagement managers and leaders to process requests per business policies.
  • Liaise with in-house attorneys.
Required Skills for the PMO Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with vendors/suppliers and in customer service
  • Experience with agreement negotiations
  • Knowledge of contractor teaming strategies
  • Proficiency in using procurement systems for requisitioning
