Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Integrations Implementation Specialist II to join our Implementation team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Implement/Build new and existing clients on retirement and workers compensation services, in isolved platform. Communicate timelines to client and internal sales and operations teams. Resolve discrepancies with client and retirement service provider during build process. Ensures timeliness and accuracy of required retirement plan submissions. Verify accuracy of all client and employee data entered prior to going live. Perform new client training. Other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Minimum one year of experience in a customer service-related field with strong phone communication skills required Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality Knowledge and experience in retirement and workers compensation services preferred. Strong verbal and written skills Strong analytical skills Experience with web-based customer service tools/systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment isolved payroll platform experience beneficial Payroll service bureau experience beneficial Must be a team-player and able to meet tight deadlines, as well as exhibit a high level of detail-orientation, time management, organizational, and written and oral communication Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
