You take a rigorous, proactive approach to your work with attention to detail as a starting point. You are a nuanced communicator, tailoring your approach to the other person. Feel a supreme need to achieve the best results and doing what it takes to get there. Able to understand others and the context of the situation so you can act with anticipation and nuance.
