What You'll Do:
As a Sourcing Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our Sourcing Managers with the successful sourcing of materials and products. Your responsibilities will include:
•Supporting product sourcing and vendor management activities
•Assisting with product development and sampling activities
•Inputting and maintaining vendor and product data in various systems
•Collecting and verifying vendor and product information for catalog/web presentation

You'll also be responsible for preparing information and deliverables for business updates, seasonal planning milestones, and corporate calendar deadlines.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who can quickly master our merchandising/sourcing systems and has excellent oral and written communication skills. You'll thrive in this role if you are flexible, process-oriented, and can adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail is critical.

Qualifications:
•Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel and Word; Power BI is a plus
•Self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
•Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects
•Excellent written communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors

We value collaboration and believe it often happens best in person. This position is required to work onsite at our Monroe, WI Design Center.
