Join the Team as a Customer Service Assistant

As our Customer Service Assistant, you'll embark on a thrilling journey of discovery and transformation. You will help support the AMCAS Service Team in a number of key areas. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that initial Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met by responding to requests in a timely manner, assigning cases to a Customer Service Coordinator, ensuring all data needs are captured to allow jobs to be closed efficiently. You will liaison between the Regional Manager of Customer Service and the coordination team, raising any concerns about Field Service scheduling, travel, and customer issues. You will work closely with the Coordination Team to ensure cases are logged and processed efficiently within CRM, including the capturing of detailed data points to ensure consistent entry by the entire team. Additionally, you will monitor jobs and cases to align with customer expectations and escalate when requiring a sense of heightened urgency. You will always ensure that AmbaFlex is reliable and a professional business partner.

What You'll Do:
  • Administor travel arrangements for our Field Service Technicians, ensuring established policies and guidelines are followed
  • Review and approve travel requests and provide support and assistance to resolve any travel issues
  • Assist in the closing of service jobs in Epicor, ensuring all required paperwork and documentation are accurately completed
  • Verify all task and service related to jobs are finalized before communicating job completion status to relevant departments and customers
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure that customers receive invoices in a timely manner
  • Support planning activities, including scheduling and organizing the schedule board in consultation with Service Coordinators and Supervisors.
  • Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently
  • Assign cases to service coordinators using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to appropriate personnel
  • Perform general administrative duties for the Field Service Technicians
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
