Experience:

3 years' experience leading a team of sales recruiters 5 years' experience as a sales recruiter. Demonstrated understanding of competitive sales commission structure and quota models. Demonstrated experience leveraging applicant tracking systems to transform recruiting operations. Applicant tracking implementation or improvement experience.
