Our Sales Account Manager is the face of our customer's experience. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under experienced personnel's direction. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments, including sales and compliance operations. 

 

Sales Account Managers Will Be: 

  • Communicating with qualified leads, reviewing product and service options, and efficiently closing the sale 
  • Maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • Ensuring customer expectations are achieved through inspections, evaluations, and providing outstanding customer service every time
  • Receiving complete training and performing duties in several departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Presenting product presentations to potential customers and integrating customer outreach into overall sales goals
  • Monitoring and reporting performance progress of goals and sales objectives with management and core trainers 
  • Observing experienced Sales Account Managers to acquire knowledge of our company values, methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties
  • Achieve individual sales and business development goals through consistent coaching and training
 

Sales Account Manager Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelors in Management, Business Management, Finance, or Communications
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of professional growth and exceeding set quotas 
  • Motivated to learn, reliable, and professional
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of staff throughout the organization
  • Adapt well to continuous change in the sales process and recognize the importance of time management and productivity
