YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Executing strategic sales plans to meet monthly branch goals, provide customized action plans to motivate sales staff, and hold effective coaching sessions weekly.
Achieving, controlling, and monitoring the progress of the branch by meeting monthly sales and customer
Providing direction and assigning tasks to service staff in their functional areas ensuring compliance, proper training, adherence to company policies, and safety.
Partnering with human resources to address team member relation issues including performance, attendance, talent acquisition etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid, Active Pest Control Branch II/III Licensing
Valid drivers’ license and be 21 years of age.
3-5 years of management and/or sales experience.
Ability to work weekends and after hours.
Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
Demonstrate safe driving record from DMV.
