About the Role:

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Senior Trainer, where you'll lead the design and delivery of impactful training programs for our employees. You'll develop and facilitate both in-person and online training sessions, using your expertise to support the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective training programs utilizing ADDIE instructional design principles.
  • Facilitate leadership and management development workshops, both in-person and virtually.
  • Develop eLearning content and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Mentor and guide Training Specialists, ensuring high-quality training delivery.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in training and facilitating for adult learners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Articulate 360.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Articulate 360 and similar training tools.
