Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of Requests for Proposal (eRFx's) for Global initiatives, which includes RFP drafting, managing deadlines, reviewing proposals, developing scoring matrices, preparing Supplier selection recommendations, and pricing negotiations Manage and maintain effective contract and commercial terms with existing Suppliers, aimed at reducing risk and achieving market competitive commercial terms to reduce total cost of ownership Lead the Sourcing process and Supplier negotiations, utilizing support organizations such as Third Party Utility, Sourcing Utilities, Finance and Legal to implement projects Structure and negotiate new Master Agreements and Work Orders/Statements of Work/Schedules, as well as manage Supplier contract disputes Provide direction to Sourcing Utilities on the execution of the low complex projects and contracts.
